The Board of Trustees meets in the membership room (downstairs) at the clubhouse on the first Tuesday of the month.
The meeting starts at 7 pm and usually runs for 1 - 1.5 hours.
There may be special circumstances where we have to change this meeting time.
Clubhouse members are encouraged to join the meeting.
An annual Clubhouse Membership meeting is held on the second Saturday of February per our bylaws. This is an informational session to update members on the past year and to open conversation for planning for the upcoming year. At this meeting, this is also an election meeting for new board members.
Board positions are:
President - chairs business meetings; creates agenda for business meetings
Secretary - takes minutes and distributes to board/members
Treasurer - receives rental payments and membership fees. Manages all bill payments and other operating costs. Provides financial statements.
Membership Liaison - Receives and processes new membership and renewal applications. Manages Membership List
Facility Liaison - Maintains stock of sundries for clubhouse
Grounds Liaison - Tends to garden and landscape. Coordinates with outside contractor for upkeep of landscape and snow removal
Not all Liaison positions are full and members are encouraged to volunteer.
